Key Responsibilities
  • Food Delivery: Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables rapidly and accurately.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests with a warm smile, checking in with customers to ensure their experience is satisfactory, and relaying reports of customer satisfaction to management.
  • Sanitation and Safety: Uphold sanitation and food safety principles by maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all procedures and company policies, and reporting any problems or concerns to management.
  • Team Collaboration: Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others by attending and participating in all training sessions and team meetings, and communicating effectively with Front of the House and Back of the House staff.
Requirements
  • Age and Authorization: Must be a minimum of 16 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Availability: Available to work weekends, day and evening shifts, and major holidays (Thanksgiving, Easter, & Mother's Day).
  • Physical Demands: Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, carrying, bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
