Job Description:

The Network Sr. Total Rewards Analyst will be responsible for supporting all union-related total rewards analysis and recommendations, including attendance and participation in all union negotiation steering committee meetings and off-cycle analysis related to unions across the network. This role may also support total rewards analysis that may not be union-related.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support union-related total rewards analysis and recommendations
  • Attend and participate in union negotiation steering committee meetings
  • Conduct off-cycle analysis related to unions across the network
  • Support total rewards analysis that may not be union-related

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources/Business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5-7 years experience in a Total Rewards specialty with a thorough knowledge of Compensation, Benefits, and/or Retirement
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Benefits Professional (CBP), and/or Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) highly desirable
