This part-time position will be responsible for implementing activities within GEAR UP schools and/or involving GEAR UP students in accordance with the approved GEAR UP workplan.

This role requires a bachelor's degree and experience working with students in an Arkansas GEAR UP middle or high school setting. The successful candidate will be able to consistently complete required paperwork and reports accurately and in a timely manner.

The GEAR UP Program Coordinator will work closely with the GEAR UP team to develop and implement programs that support the academic and personal growth of GEAR UP students. This includes creating and implementing activities that promote college readiness, academic achievement, and personal development.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and other stakeholders. They will also have a strong understanding of the GEAR UP program and its goals, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This is a part-time position, with a salary of $25/hour. The successful candidate will be required to upload their resume and any other required documents to the University of Arkansas System Career Site.
