Job Overview:
Baylor Research Institute dba Baylor Scott & White Research Institute is seeking a talented Research Operations Specialist to support our research initiatives in Dallas, TX. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the success of our research projects by managing day-to-day operations and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

**Key Responsibilities:**
• Manage and coordinate research projects from start to finish
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate with researchers, clinicians, and other stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and institutional policies

**Requirements:**
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in research operations or a related field
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
