Key Responsibilities:
The Chief Executive Officer and President will be responsible for leading the Huntsman Cancer Foundation team, establishing strategic goals and fundraising initiatives. This includes the formulation and execution of both short-term and long-term growth strategies.

The role encompasses oversight of the foundation's operational and financial integrity, as well as administration and personnel management. Collaboration with the Chief Executive Officer of the Huntsman Cancer Institute will be essential.

Leadership and Vision:
This exceptional leader will champion the mission of the Huntsman Cancer Foundation, ensuring the sustainability of innovative research and capital projects at the Huntsman Cancer Institute. A proven history of developing successful fundraising programs, motivating donors to elevate their contributions, and forging impactful philanthropic partnerships is crucial.

Cultural Commitment:
The Chief Executive Officer and President will cultivate a culture of collaboration and excellence, focusing on recruiting, retaining, and inspiring a high-performing team within the foundation.

Strategic Initiatives:
In this role, the individual will design and implement strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing philanthropic revenue and donor loyalty, while also acting as a key collaborator with the Chief Executive Officers of both the Huntsman Cancer Foundation and the Huntsman Cancer Institute.

Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree and a minimum of ten years of relevant professional experience are required. The Huntsman Cancer Foundation values diverse backgrounds and encourages candidates from various fields to apply.

Compensation:
