Position Summary:

The Senior Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping health economic modeling and outcomes research within the Cardiology Division. This senior-level position requires hands-on expertise in developing and adapting various health economic models, utilizing real-world data to articulate the global value proposition of our products and therapies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation and implementation of HEOR evidence to showcase the economic benefits of our products through various analyses, including budget impact models, cost-effectiveness evaluations, and patient-reported outcomes.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in study design and health economic evaluation methodologies, ensuring rigorous analysis and interpretation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to communicate economic value propositions effectively.
  • Contribute to the scientific community by authoring and presenting research findings at conferences and in peer-reviewed journals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders in the medical device sector.
  • Provide training on HEOR principles to enhance understanding across sales, marketing, and clinical teams.

Qualifications:

Applicants should possess formal training in health economics or related fields, along with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in HEOR, particularly within the medical device or pharmaceutical industries. A proven track record in delivering advanced health economic modeling outputs and presenting peer-reviewed evidence is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience exceeding 12 years in HEOR, with a successful history of developing evidence strategies that align with business objectives, is highly desirable.
