Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' strengths, challenges, and therapy needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address clients' goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, caregivers, and families to provide comprehensive care.
- Monitor and document clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Arizona.
- Prior experience working as an Occupational Therapist preferred.
