Job Description: Soliant Health is currently seeking a passionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in the Cottonwood, Arizona area. As a Speech Language Pathologist with Soliant Health, you will play a vital role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating communication and swallowing disorders in individuals of all ages. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive therapy services and support to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate clients' speech, language, and swallowing abilities.
- Develop individualized treatment plans to address clients' communication and swallowing goals.
- Implement evidence-based therapy techniques and interventions.
- Provide education and training to clients, families, and caregivers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of Arizona.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
- Experience working with pediatric and/or adult populations preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
