Job Description: Soliant Health is currently seeking a skilled and passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team in the Cottonwood, Arizona area. As an Occupational Therapist with Soliant Health, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals by providing high-quality occupational therapy services. You will work with a diverse patient population to help them achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to determine clients' strengths, challenges, and therapy needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans to address clients' goals and objectives.
- Implement therapeutic activities and interventions to improve clients' functional abilities.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, caregivers, and families to provide prehensive care.
- Monitor and document clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Arizona.
- Prior experience working as an Occupational Therapist preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and munication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
