Job Overview

We're seeking a reliable and skilled technician to join our Maintenance team at Corcoran Management Company. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for maintaining the physical condition of our properties, ensuring they remain safe and well-maintained for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute daily maintenance requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance needs, including flood situations and back-to-back move-ins.
  • Perform repairs to building fixtures, including doors, locks, tiles, and handrails.
  • Collaborate with outside contractors and suppliers to ensure seamless maintenance operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and related invoices.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of trade experience or building maintenance experience.
  • Working knowledge of equipment needed for repairs, including electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Ability to identify and resolve safety concerns.
  • Specialized trade experience in plumbing, electrical, roofing, or HVAC is a plus.

  • Competitive hourly rate: $23.00-$31.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus.
  • Bi-weekly auto allowance for travel between properties.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m., with on-call rotation.
