Maintenance Technician Job Summary

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a variety of work including the maintenance and repair of buildings and grounds in assigned areas. This role requires a high level of technical skill and attention to detail to ensure that facilities are safe and functional.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect assigned areas on a routine basis and perform maintenance as needed to keep facilities in a functioning and serviceable condition.
  • Complete daily, weekly, or monthly checklists of pre-scheduled building and equipment maintenance procedures.
  • Report on any major maintenance needs and recommend corrective action as appropriate.
  • Demonstrate efficient and safe use of equipment and tools.
  • Demonstrate commitment to professional growth and competence by adherence to component and departmental training commitments.
  • Adhere to Aramark safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Ability to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks.
  • Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
