Rocky Mountain Prep is an expanding network of progressive public charter schools dedicated to serving students from pre-kindergarten through 12th Grade in the Greater Denver Area. Every member of our organization plays a crucial role in achieving these objectives. School-based staff will focus on 2 or 3 metrics aligned with their roles and the Big 5 goals, which may vary by position.

Qualifications
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities
Preferred:
- Familiarity with culturally responsive instruction and critical pedagogical frameworks
- Proven success in working with scholars from historically marginalized communities

Compensation
