Auffenberg Dealer Group of Illinois seeks an experienced Warranty Administrator to join our team. As a Warranty Administrator, you will play a critical role in the warranty claim process, ensuring timely and accurate submissions to dealerships and manufacturers.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that requires strong organizational and communication skills. The successful candidate will have previous experience in warranty administration and be familiar with data management systems. Key Responsibilities:

  • Code warranty jobs in the Data Management System accurately.
  • Review warranty claims for accuracy and completeness.
  • Process and submit warranty claims daily.
  • Handle rejected claims and follow up on outstanding claims.
  • Reconcile factory payments to dealership receivables.
  • Submit requests for corrections to accounting office.
  • Communicate with service team/parts team/OEM regarding warranty claims.

Requirements:

  • Previous Warranty Administrator experience required.
  • ADP experience a plus.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in data management systems.
  • Valid driver's license.

Estimated Salary: $58,000 - $68,000 per year, based on experience.
