Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Achieve and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing personalized service and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Sales Performance: Monitor and achieve sales goals, including reviewing profit and loss statements, and analyzing sales results against budgeted targets.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train store associates to ensure they meet and exceed customer service standards.
  • Market Intelligence: Investigate and compile competitive information to stay ahead of the market.
  • Reporting: Provide daily and weekly sales statistics to the District Manager and corporate office.
  • Store Operations: Ensure store promotions, advertising, and visual merchandising are in place and all associates and doctors are aware of current promotions.
  • Associate Development: Motivate associates to exceed performance standards and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
  • Professional Relations: Maintain positive relationships with doctors, other National Vision associates, and customers.
