Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Business Account Executive to join our team at Comcast. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling Comcast Internet, Data, Video, and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses, focusing on advanced communications solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain local business partnerships and organizational affiliations to enhance Comcast's positioning and brand.
  • Generate new leads through prospecting activities, including cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships.
  • Sell Comcast Commercial Internet, Video, and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses, with a focus on advanced communications solutions.
  • Identify improvement areas through a consultative process to enhance prospects' ability to communicate effectively.
  • Manage a territory with a high activity and comprehensive business plan.
  • Collaborate with technical, customer service, and related support staff to ensure end-to-end customer sales and satisfaction.
  • Consistently maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects to meet monthly quota performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong sales and business development skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
