The Rutland Regional Medical Center seeks a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to our Senior Leaders. This is a critical role that requires a high degree of autonomy, discretion, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Senior Leaders, including preparing routine and advanced correspondence, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
- Manage confidential and time-sensitive materials with discretion and professionalism.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and partners.
- Plan, organize, and execute meetings, events, and projects with a high degree of autonomy.
- Communicate effectively with Senior Leaders, colleagues, and external stakeholders through written and verbal communication.
- Manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines, demonstrating strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ensure the highest level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 3 years of experience providing administrative support to executive-level leadership.
- Previous experience in healthcare is preferred.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong proficiency with MS Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
- Demonstrated ability to handle highly sensitive and/or confidential information with discretion.
Working Conditions
This is a full-time position that requires a high degree of autonomy, discretion, and professionalism. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of urgency and attention to detail.
