Job Overview

Position Title: Home Health Aide

Compensation: $13 - $15 per hour

Qualifications

1. Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

2. Completion of at least 75 hours of training in personal care services is required.

3. Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) meet the qualifications for this role due to their extensive training hours.

4. Candidates must be free from health issues that could pose risks to patients, themselves, or colleagues, and must provide appropriate documentation.

5. A basic understanding of personal care, housekeeping, and meal preparation is essential.

6. Respect for clients, including adherence to ethical standards and confidentiality, is mandatory.

7. Current CPR certification is required; online certifications are not acceptable.

8. A criminal background check is necessary.

9. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs is required.
