Job Summary:
A Speech Language Pathologist is required to provide comprehensive speech and language services to students in a school district in Auburn, Washington. The successful candidate will work closely with students, teachers, and parents to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).

Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication disorders in students. Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings. Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with teachers and staff on effective strategies to integrate speech therapy goals into the classroom environment.

Requirements:
A Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology or a related field is required. A Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) is preferred. Previous experience working in a school setting, early childhood, or pediatrics is also an asset. The estimated salary for this position is around $85,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience.
