Job Summary

The Environmental Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our facilities. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities

  • Cleaning and Maintenance
    • Clean and maintain buildings and facilities to the highest standards
    • Empty trash and recycling bins regularly
    • Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors to ensure a clean and safe environment
    • Service, clean, and supply restrooms to meet the needs of our guests
    • Wipe and clean tabletops, chairs, and other high-touch areas
    • Dust furniture and fixtures to maintain a clean and polished appearance
  • Equipment and Chemicals
    • Operate basic cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
    • Handle cleaning chemicals in accordance with OSHA regulations and company requirements
  • Communication and Safety
    • Notify supervisors of any unsafe conditions, major repairs, or abnormal situations
    • Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • High School Diploma or equivalent experience
    • 1-2 years of janitorial or housekeeping experience preferred but not required
  • Licenses and Requirements
    • Valid Driver's License
    • Valid Auto Insurance
    • Must be at least 18 years of age
    • Reliable transportation
  • Physical Requirements
    • Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, balance, bend, and kneel in completion of normal cleaning duties
    • Must be physically capable of using backpack vacuums during each shift
    • Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds
    • Must be able to work under pressure for a long period of time

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
