Position: Compensation and Benefits Coordinator based in Spring Hill, Florida.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately and timely process payroll for a workforce of 500 employees
  • Manage payroll data collection, calculation, and entry
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and address issues promptly
  • Stay updated on applicable payroll laws and regulations
  • Assist with payroll reporting and audits as necessary
  • Work collaboratively with HR team members to ensure payroll processes align with company policies
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Human Resources Director

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
  • 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields preferred
  • Proven experience as a payroll coordinator or in a similar role
  • Comprehensive understanding of payroll principles, practices, and regulations
  • Proficiency in payroll and HR software, such as Paychex
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • This is an in-office position, with a standard work schedule
