  • Direct and coordinate the activities of maintenance team members, ensuring department goals are met.
  • Administer preventive and predictive maintenance programs for facility equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
  • Facilitate team member development and growth through feedback, coaching, and performance management.
  • Enforce safety and regulatory compliance, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and activities.
  • Document and maintain related records, logs, and paperwork.
  • Monitor and optimize team member productivity and efficiency.
  • Inspect materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions.
  • Confer with management and peers to resolve team member issues and concerns.
  • Interpret and apply company policies and procedures, specifications, and job orders.
  • Coordinate work orders, production, vendors, and contractors.
Requirements
  • Strong electrical background, including high voltage distribution, with 2-4 years of experience.
  • Experience in common facility components, including hot liquid boilers, steam boilers, chilled water systems, HVAC systems, dust collection systems, power distribution, and chemical transfer systems, with 2-4 years of experience.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office software and building management systems.
  • Ability to track, develop, and interpret metrics.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to communicate changes and updates to personnel and management.
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation skills.
