Speech Language Pathologist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a therapist-owned and run company, we offer a unique and supportive work environment that prioritizes patient care and professional growth.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to work with patients with speech, language, voice, fluency disorders, head injury, stroke, aphasia, and AAC. This is a full-time position with a 40-hour workweek, offering a flexible schedule that can be tailored to your needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for patients with communication disorders
  • Conduct standardized assessments to diagnose and treat speech and language disorders
  • Establish and track patient progress, updating relevant parties as needed
  • Document and store treatment plans and progress reports
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech Pathology or related field
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
