Speech Language Pathologist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at Soliant. As a therapist-owned and run company, we offer a unique and supportive work environment that prioritizes patient care and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for patients with speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to diagnose and treat patients with a range of communication disorders.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Document and store treatment plans, progress reports, and other relevant patient information in a secure and confidential manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research, best practices, and industry developments to provide evidence-based care and improve patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech Pathology or related field.
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy, preferably in a clinical or hospital setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document and communicate complex information effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to patient-centered care and professional growth.
