Speech Language Pathologist Opportunity

Benchmark Human Services is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our Early Intervention Services team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in helping children with disabilities or delays learn new skills that typically develop during the first three years of life.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify children's strengths and needs
  • Develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) to support children's development
  • Provide EI supports to families, including coaching and training on evidence-based practices
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for children and families
  • Monitor outcomes and make data-driven decisions to improve services
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • Valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state of CT
  • One year of experience working with children in early intervention
  • Confident in adapting to various learning styles to meet the needs of each child and their individualized treatment plan
