Telecommunications Sales Professional

At QuestBlue Systems, Inc., we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telecommunications Sales Professional to join our dynamic sales team. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base by identifying and connecting with potential customers.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about customer service, enjoy cold calling, and are eager to grow in telecom software sales.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting 20-30 researched outbound calls daily, aiming for a 15-20% connection rate, and sending 15 personalized emails each day to engage potential clients. They will also identify and research prospects using cold calls, emails, and other outreach strategies, build and maintain a robust sales pipeline for our telecom software solutions, and understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions that address their pain points.
Key Responsibilities- Hunting and Prospecting:
- Conduct 20-30 researched outbound calls daily, aiming for a 15-20% connection rate.
- Send 15 personalized emails each day to engage potential clients.
- Identify and research prospects using cold calls, emails, and other outreach strategies.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline for our telecom software solutions.
- Client Engagement:
- Understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions that address their pain points.
- Effectively pitch our products, demonstrate value, and close deals, often in a single call.
- Follow up on leads from trade shows and industry events, helping contribute to monthly client acquisition goals.
- Sales Process Management:
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Use Salesforce to track sales activities, maintain a clean pipeline, and generate insightful reports.
- A passion for customer service and enthusiasm for sales.
- Strong communication skills and comfort with phone-based outreach and cold calls.
- A pragmatic, adaptable approach to new sales processes.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for events.
- A hunger to learn, improve, and contribute to team success.
