Senior Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead our mechanical design project teams in creating world-class designs for various projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Lead mechanical design project teams to create innovative and efficient designs for new projects, alterations, and redevelopments.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop project schedules, scopes, budgets, and staffing plans.
- Prepare and present technical reports to clients and industry publications.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and contractors.
- Participate in sales and marketing efforts to identify key pursuits and develop new business opportunities.
- Lead the development of cost proposals and qualification statements to achieve financial performance targets.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and instruction to less experienced engineers.
- Ensure compliance with company and site safety policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field from an ABET-accredited program.
- At least 7 years of mechanical engineering experience, with EPC project experience preferred.
- Expert knowledge of mechanical concepts, practices, codes, and procedures.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lead execution of work and resolve issues in a team environment.
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills and ability to work methodically and analytically.
