Job Overview

  • Initiate and lead client case conferences.

  • Prepare and maintain all required documentation meticulously.
  • Complete reports, applications, and statistics with accuracy.
  • Meet all deliverables by established deadlines.
  • Maintain professionalism in all communications with clients, colleagues, and supervisors.
  • Document all interactions thoroughly in case notes.
  • Ensure client files are consistently updated and accurate.
  • Engage in individual and team supervision, as well as training sessions as directed by management.

Salary Range: $63,000 - $67,000 annually, based on experience.

Qualifications & Competencies:

  • Master's in Social Work (MSW) required; LMSW preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience or strong understanding of Adult Protective Services (APS).
  • Experience in providing casework services is essential.
  • Supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work with clients experiencing mental health challenges.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
