Mercy Hospital Washington is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Float Pool department. This dynamic role requires individuals with experience and strong nursing skills to float between various departments within the hospital.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year based on location and experience.

About the Position:

The Lead Nursing Professional will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a dynamic setting.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care in Emergency Department, ICU, Cardiac Telemetry, Medical Surgical, and Medical Surgical- Adults & Peds departments
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to maintain expertise

Requirements:

  • Degree in Nursing from an accredited program
  • Current RN licensure and certification in Basic Life Support through American Heart Association
  • At least one year of RN experience
  • Ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds regularly
