Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team on a PRN basis. This role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work with a highly motivated and talented group of healthcare professionals.
About the Role:
The Emergency Department is a 26-bed unit that provides excellent care to our community 24/7. As an RN in this department, you will have the opportunity to care for a large variety of illnesses and injuries, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless transitions of care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly, stand for prolonged periods, and perform other physical demands of the job.
Salary Range:$65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
