Job Description:
We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate Mercy nurses to join our Graduate Nurse Residency program. This comprehensive program offers a unique opportunity for new graduates to develop their skills and knowledge in a supportive environment.
The residency program is designed to provide participants with the tools and resources needed to succeed as a nurse at Mercy. Participants will work closely with experienced mentors and receive hands-on training in various clinical settings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
- Possession of a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure
- Ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
Benefits:
