Requirements

  • Eligible for full, unrestricted licensure in the state of Ohio.
  • Doctor of Medicine or equivalent degree from an accredited institution.
  • Board eligible or certified in Plastic Surgery.

  • Fellowship training in Microvascular Surgery.
