We are seeking an experienced OB-GYN to join our team as a Generalist in a Resident Program faculty role at TriHealth in Cincinnati, Ohio.

The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and demonstrated leadership skills, with a genuine desire to provide knowledge-based guidance and comprehensive supervision for the next generation of accomplished OB-GYNs.

The focus of this role is primarily gynecologic, and the successful candidate will have an excellent record of clinical care and the ability to provide instruction and clinical oversight, serving as an advisor, advocate, and valued mentor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide instruction and clinical oversight to residents, serving as an advisor, advocate, and valued mentor.
  • Actively provide appropriate supervision of residents and assist in formulating patient care plans.
  • Review resident documentation and patient interaction, providing direction, support, and consultation.
  • Provide up-to-date, evidence-based assessment, treatment, and inpatient/outpatient care as needed.
  • Participate in TriHealth-approved research studies and projects regarding new techniques, practices, and equipment.
  • Be a valued voice on relevant committees, including resident recruitment, providing consultation and recommendations.
  • Have the opportunity to pursue leadership opportunities in Women's Services and system administration.
