Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide instruction and clinical oversight, serving as an advisor, advocate, and valued mentor.
  • Actively provide appropriate supervision of residents and assist in formulating patient care plans.
  • Review resident documentation and patient interaction, providing direction, support, and consultation.
  • Provide up-to-date, evidence-based assessment, treatment, and inpatient/outpatient care as needed.
  • Participate in TriHealth-approved research studies and projects regarding new techniques, practices, and equipment.
  • Be a valued voice on relevant committees, including resident recruitment, providing consultation and recommendations.
  • Pursue leadership opportunities in Women's Services and system administration.
