About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and fashion-forward Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Talbots. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive and personalized shopping experience for every customer.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to make informed product recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales.
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting shopping environment.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
