Job Title: Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Chico's FAS. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in promoting a customer and product-focused sales culture, where our values and guiding principles are at the forefront of all store operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive for Results: Meet company sales goals by utilizing sales techniques and communicating product knowledge to customers; recommend merchandise selections or help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
  • Maintain Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on current sales and promotions; maintain pricing and visual standards.
  • Customer Experience: Model and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles and standards, offering a cohesive omni-channel experience; ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns.
  • Operational Excellence: Support replenishment activities that keep the store full and abundant; assist with visual directives, including floor sets, window changes, and visual presentations.
  • Teamwork and Growth: Promote an inclusive, collaborative approach to problem-solving; seek personal developmental opportunities and solicit feedback.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Retail or sales experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company; strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
