Key Responsibilities:

As a vital member of our organization, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and managing project budgets, timelines, and quality control plans
  • Collaborating with developers, engineers, and architects to ensure project specifications are met
  • Securing necessary permits and licenses
  • Conducting market research and negotiating contracts with external vendors
  • Coordinating equipment and material needs, ensuring timely delivery
  • Hiring contractors and overseeing project site visits
  • Monitoring compliance with local, state, and national building codes

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in construction management
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience
  • 5+ years of project management experience in multifamily residential construction
  • Knowledge of current building codes and ADA regulations
  • Experience with site construction, precast, wood framing, and interior finishes
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ProCore
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

Additionally, the successful candidate should be detail-oriented and capable of performing physical inspections of properties, including navigating multiple flights of stairs.
