Our dedicated team of Flexologists is committed to guiding clients in achieving their health and fitness aspirations through customized stretching sessions.

Role Summary:
We are in search of a driven and enthusiastic individual to take on the role of Studio Sales Manager. The ideal candidate should have a passion for health and wellness, possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, and demonstrate a successful history in sales and customer service. In this position, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, cultivating customer relationships, and ensuring the studio's overall success.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales and Revenue Growth:
    • Implement sales strategies to achieve and surpass monthly revenue goals.
    • Proactively promote StretchLab services to both new and existing clientele.
    • Conduct sales consultations and effectively convey the advantages of our stretching programs.
  2. Client Relationship Management:
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to guarantee a positive experience.
    • Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
    • Collaborate with the team to foster a welcoming and customer-focused environment.
  3. Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the Studio Manager to meet overall studio objectives.
    • Collaborate with Flexologists and other team members to enhance the client experience.
    • Engage in training sessions to stay updated on new services and industry trends.
  4. Operational Excellence:
    • Assist in the daily operations of the studio, including opening and closing procedures.
    • Ensure adherence to all sales and operational processes consistently.
  5. Marketing and Promotions:
    • Support marketing initiatives to raise awareness and attract new clients.
    • Contribute ideas for promotions and events to enhance studio visibility.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in sales, ideally within the wellness or fitness sector.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Passionate about health and wellness.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Basic knowledge of stretching and fitness is advantageous.
