Job Title: Assistant Studio ManagerJob Summary:

Orangetheory is seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Studio Manager to join our team. As a key member of our studio team, you will be responsible for supporting the Studio Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the studio, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Studio Manager in managing daily studio operations, including scheduling, customer service, and staff management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Assist with staff training and development, ensuring that all team members are equipped to provide excellent customer service and meet business objectives.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records, including customer data, sales, and staff performance.
  • Collaborate with the Studio Manager to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience and business performance.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the fitness industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, staff, and management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
