We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Fitness Coach at Orangetheory Fitness. As a Fitness Coach, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting our brand, and driving sales.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and engage with members, providing a warm and welcoming experience
- Promote our brand and services to potential clients
- Work closely with trainers to deliver high-quality workouts and ensure member satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote our studio
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Passion for fitness and a desire to help others achieve their health and wellness goals
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
