Studio Director

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Studio Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. As a key member of our studio team, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging environment for our members and staff.

• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue growth
• Lead and manage a high-performing team of staff members
• Ensure exceptional member experience through effective communication and problem-solving
• Monitor and maintain studio operations, including scheduling, inventory, and facilities management
• Collaborate with the regional team to achieve business objectives and implement best practices

• 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in the fitness industry
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
