Your Responsibilities

We are looking for a proficient operator to enhance our filling operations team. The successful candidate will adeptly manage the filling machine, overseeing critical functions such as initiating and halting operations, adjusting speeds, and coordinating control mechanisms. Vigilance in monitoring operational flow and promptly addressing any challenges is essential. A comprehensive understanding of the machine's capabilities and limitations is necessary, along with the ability to identify and rectify unsafe conditions. Effective communication with team members across various departments is crucial, as is the management of maintenance alerts to ensure smooth operations.

Key Duties Include:

  • Operate the filling machine while ensuring optimal performance throughout production cycles.
  • Control the filling process by managing functions such as starting/stopping, speed adjustments, and variable speed coordination.
  • Remain alert to any operational disruptions and respond swiftly to mitigate issues.
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of the machine's operational capacities and limitations.
  • Identify unsafe conditions and implement appropriate corrective measures.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and maintenance personnel.
  • Manage maintenance alerts and communicate issues to relevant parties.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
  • Capability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Physical ability to sit, kneel, bend, and reach as required.
  • Good manual dexterity is essential.
  • Ability to work in varying temperature conditions.
  • Must be able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE).
