Your Contributions Will Include:

  • Strategically leading and managing the service, engineering, and warehouse divisions.
  • Implementing process improvements, developing systems, and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with existing and prospective clients within the Precision 360 sector.
  • Engaging in and supporting the recruitment process for new team members.
  • Delivering exceptional client service and fostering relationships, particularly during escalated customer interactions.
  • Ensuring adequate staffing and budget management for the field service division, prioritizing excellent customer service with a focus on swift response times and effective issue resolution.
  • Evaluating performance data and initiating continuous improvement strategies as needed.
  • Maintaining a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Developing and sustaining partnerships with our machine tool manufacturers and other external suppliers.
  • Collaborating with the Sales Department during pre-sales and post-sales phases to ensure precise technical representation in engineering project proposals and seamless project scope transitions post-award.

  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous experience in the technical aspects of engineering and/or supporting capital equipment.
  • Proven strategic leadership experience in a technical team for a minimum of 4 years.
  • Over 4 years of direct client interaction experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage challenging customer situations.
  • Experience with Root Cause and Corrective Action methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus, though not essential.
  • Prior experience in developing and overseeing Key Performance Indicators and various metrics.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, across all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to maintain organized records in a multi-tasking environment.
  • Proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications.
