We are seeking a dedicated professional to join LSG Sky Chefs in Portland, OR. This is a field position with responsibility for monitoring driver Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and ensuring compliance; in addition to maintaining and monitoring employee safety within our buildings.

This role requires the ideal candidate to have a background in ramp or safety experience or recent supervisory experience. Multiple positions are available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide SOP training for all new drivers and re-training of existing drivers
  • Maintain and update all driver files
  • Process Port Authority/Customs identification
  • Ensure all drivers adhere to A-1 Inspection procedure
  • Assist the Ramp Safety Supervisor as needed and perform other duties assigned

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license and ability to obtain Airport SIDA badge and CBP Customs Seal within 30 days
  • 3-5 years of safety experience preferred; AOA ramp experience may be substituted year for year for Safety experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, and other computer applications
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Strong analytical, verbal, written, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Detailed oriented
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with large groups – must be flexible

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a competitive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
