Job Summary

The Major Account Specialist will be responsible for soliciting and selling all lines of service to National, Multi-Regional, and Regional prospective accounts headquartered in the Region. This role will also take the lead sales role for Team Selling of Major Accounts assigned by management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals
  • Work with the National Sales Manager to assure customer satisfaction and pursue up-sell and cross-sell opportunities for Alsco products and services within our National and Multi-Regional account base
  • Identify and solicit target prospects within the region
  • Stay in compliance with Alsco's policies and procedures, including conformance with standard product and pricing guidelines
  • Attend and work in trade shows and marketing events as assigned
Requirements
  • 5 years successful experience in sales and marketing to large clients on a local and national basis
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, ability to comprehend and follow direction, and excellent time management skills
  • Proven ability to multi-task and take ownership of projects, strong attention to details, and work with minimal supervision
