About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HVAC Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our HVAC Coordination Team, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals and contribute to meaningful projects that align with your academic and career interests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the design and drafting of HVAC systems using CAD software.
  • Create detailed technical drawings and schematics based on engineering specifications.
  • Collaborate with engineers and project managers to develop accurate and efficient designs.
  • Update and maintain CAD libraries and documentation.
  • Conduct site visits to collect data and verify existing conditions for design accuracy.
  • Support the review and revision of project drawings and plans.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide input on design solutions.
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting and Design, or a related field.
  • Experience or working knowledge in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks).
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detailed-oriented and organized.
  • Ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to collaborate in small groups or as a part of a larger project team.
  • Ability to read detailed plans and blueprints.
  • Ability to work with business-related metrics.
  • Demonstrated high-level problem-solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of HVAC systems and principles.
