We are in search of a seasoned Financial Operations Manager to lead the financial activities of a diverse portfolio of commercial properties. This role is pivotal in ensuring precise financial reporting and the execution of robust financial strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, budgeting, and cash flow management.
2. Develop and uphold accounting policies and procedures.
3. Coordinate annual audits and ensure compliance.
4. Conduct monthly financial analyses for each property within the portfolio.
5. Generate accurate monthly financial reports for properties.
6. Analyze accounting data to produce comprehensive financial statements.
7. Achieve financial accounting objectives and maintain thorough documentation of transactions.
8. Establish internal controls and effective accounting systems for new properties.
9. Oversee the management of financial data and reporting within automated systems.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
2. CPA or CMA certification is preferred.
3. At least 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in the real estate sector.
4. Strong grasp of bookkeeping principles and GAAP guidelines.
5. Proven expertise in managing financial records and accounting figures.
6. High proficiency in financial management software, including QuickBooks and Yardi.
7. Extensive knowledge of cash flow management and bank reconciliation.
8. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
9. Ability to lead and mentor a team effectively.
