Job SummaryEntegee is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure quality control processes, manage supplier quality, and conduct internal audits. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality engineering and experience with IATF 16949 certification.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Manage supplier quality and conduct regular internal audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Utilize quality improvement methodologies to enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction.


Requirements
  • Minimum three years of experience in a similar role within OEM/Heavy Truck Tier 1 supplier environments.
  • 2-3 years of project management and Supplier Quality Management experience.
  • Experience with internal audits and familiarity with IATF 16949 certification.
  • Quality certifications such as ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or equivalent.


Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with gaging tools and techniques.
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma, 8D, 5S, Kaizen, APQP, PPAP, GD&T.
  • Practical application of Project Management, Warranty Analysis, Reliability Projections (Weibull, Probability Distributions), Design for Six Sigma.
