Key Responsibilities:

  • Acts as the global leader for client engagement initiatives.
  • Provides strategic business development insights and guidance on opportunities within a complex, matrixed framework.
  • Conducts financial assessments, sales impact analyses, and long-term forecasting related to potential client engagements and growth opportunities.
  • Evaluates market trends and competitive dynamics to predict their effects on the adoption and sales of Unisys's technologies, products, and services.
  • Communicates Unisys's long-term vision and strategic direction to key clients and partners.
  • Challenges conventional thinking and introduces innovative approaches to client engagement and business development.
  • Oversees the global coordination of client engagement strategies, including market entry and sales growth initiatives.
  • Provides expert guidance on major market expansions and the integration of new clients.
  • Collaborates with leadership to recommend and implement achievable sales and financial targets.
  • Serves as a subject matter expert, advising teams and partners on effective client engagement strategies.
  • Acts as a point of escalation for pursuit teams, facilitating consensus and resolution on financial, commercial, or legal matters throughout the deal lifecycle.
Qualifications:

15 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple senior client relationships effectively, ensuring continuous feedback for optimal engagement outcomes.

Experience in building long-term, trust-based relationships with C-suite executives.

Ability to function as a Player/Coach, collaborating with Unisys Engagement Executives to drive complex negotiations to successful closure.

Encourages strong followership among clients, peers, and team members.

Proficient in navigating and achieving success within intricate, matrixed organizations.

Sets high performance standards for self and team, fostering a collaborative decision-making environment.

Must be open to coaching and committed to the development of others.

This position may require access to export-controlled technologies; therefore, eligibility for necessary U.S. Government authorizations is required.
