Job Overview

In this role, you will engage in seat assembly tasks within a dynamic production environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Execute assembly duties following established work protocols, quality standards, and production timelines.
  • Transition between various stations on the production line as outlined in the rotation plan.
  • Manage and address non-conforming materials effectively.
  • Promptly report any defects in components or materials to the appropriate personnel.
  • Conduct seat disassemblies and minor repairs as needed.
  • Ensure the proper functioning of tools and equipment, making minor adjustments when necessary.
  • Propose and implement solutions through the correct channels, actively engaging in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Foster a collaborative environment by working closely with fellow team members.
  • Accurately complete all required documentation in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized workspace and equipment.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, prioritizing safety and reporting any hazardous conditions immediately.
  • Notify your Supervisor of any injuries, accidents, or near misses without delay.
  • Comply with all Health, Safety, and Environmental standards as per company policies.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in assembly or production roles is preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and achieve production goals.
  • Strong focus on detail and quality assurance.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic problem-solving skills and the capacity to work with minimal supervision.
  • Dependable and punctual with a solid work ethic.
  • Willingness to work various shifts as required.
