As an Electrical Assembler - Manufacturing Associate, you will be responsible for adhering to safety and manufacturing policies, maintaining a clean workspace, and performing various physical tasks such as lifting, standing, and climbing ladders.


Key Responsibilities

  • Install electrical devices and handle wiring with precision and attention to detail.
  • Work with conduit and cable trays to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Participate in comprehensive training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1+ year of relevant manufacturing experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Basic command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and knowledge of air, hand, and power tools.
  • Preferred: Experience with GB Sidewinder style bender, cable tray and wire way installation, crimping and terminating wires, reading drawings or blue prints, and basic understanding of electricity, circuits, and common components.
